I just finished another block for my punch needle quilt. I chose this block to do because I wanted one that wasn't symmetrical like most of the blocks are. I used the purple and I like it but I liked it even more with the orange accents in the other block.One more to go and I'll think about whether I'm happy with 9 blocks or if the quilt needs more-maybe 12.I have to think about sashing or no sashing and I'll have to think more about the border-right now I'm thinking of a punch needled vine with flowers.
It finally cooled off here a little-its been sooo hot.

That's really pretty, Miri! I like the purple. I've never done any punch needle, but you almost tempt me to try. LOL

I sure wish it would cool off here in Phx. but we have another two months of heat............
This is a great design and I love purple and green together. Did you tell us what type of materials you are using? like is that cotton floss on cotton background? This reminds me of the chenile bedspreads I grew up with but much prettier.
