String Quilt Possibilities
I've laid out some of the string blocks for DS's quilt on the guest bed...I love the black sashing and red cornerstones-I'm just not sure yet about the block arrangement. Here are three possibilities. This is interesting because of all the movement behind the sashing.
I simply loved the first one because it was so simpel and easy. ( I hope my english is good)Your colour combination is so beautiful and you have used my favorite colour black and red. Good luck with your finish...
I like them all but the first is my fave, it reminds me of an Amish Roman Stripe I made for youngest DS about 20 yrs.ago! Looks as if #1 gets the most votes so far............
I have been quilting for 19 years, teaching for about 15 and enjoying every minute of it. We now live overseas and I love how quilting is now worldwide. I sometimes hand and sometimes machine quilt

I love all three but the third one I like best.....
I LOVE either 1 or 2 !!
#3! I really like the use of the red in these blocks. Really dramatic.
I like the 3rd one the best!

I would take no. 1 because it is peaceful and predictable. Someone else could see that as a minus, but I don't.
Oh, that is hard. I like the second and the third. Can't decide.

I like them all, but would vote on the third one! I love the way it draws your eye in.
I love #1! What great colors you're using!
They all look great. Maybe you should do 3 lol. I love 1 and my son thinks 2.

In case my opinion matters, I like #3 best, then #1 and then #2.
