Here's an art book from 1965. Even the colors used to decorate the cover, shout 1960s.
Two weeks ago, I showed some vintage embroidery transfers. Here are two potholders I made using the transfers.
On the back, I used one of the 60s fabrics, even though the transfer designs are earlier.

These are too cute! love the vintage fabric, and I was thinking the same thing, that the color combinations are back in today! Your potholders are so cute! You did a great job. Have a great week, and Happy VTT.
Love your vintage fabrics - Back then they were considered so MODERN - today, 'Retro'! COOL!
Oh my, I guess I'm still to close to the 60s. I remember wearing A-line dresses that I made out of fabric like that. I thought I was just to cool.lol

What delicious fabrics! Yes they are in style now.
I love that paisley fabric.
I am hosting a bunch of giveaways this week. It ends Friday night. Hope you'll check it out.
Great colors on that fabric. You did a fabulous job on those potholders. So cute.
What do you mean vintage or retro? I love hot pink and lime green together! lol Yes it is funny how the color combos come back. Love the hot pads.
Groovy! Thanks for sharing!
I think I had a dress with that paisley material. And it is so back in vogue. Cute potholders and nice way to use the cloth.
I LOVE lime! I have a favorite scarf in the color and am almost sad that it is warming up too much to wear it!
Since I have a love for quilts, I can just see some this fabric used for one.
Colorful fabric..., so 1960's mid century modern.
I like the potholders best. I love embroidery. Take care.
ooh I love those, I'm a sucker for vintage fabrics :-)

love your fabric...I have a bunch that someone gave me...I have sold some on ebay but still got a bunch
I love the fabric..but I so love the little girl and boy potholders. They're so sweet..you did wonderful work..and down below, your applique is just beautiful. You're very talented...
Miri, I love your fabric. The paisley is my favorite. Cute pot holders. I think the 60s fabric on the back was a good choice.
Oh dangit! Why can't I embroider? The back of mine always looks like roadwork. Under construction.
Those are just precious Miri!
Miri, I've often thought today's fashion was a throwback to the 60's! Your post just proves it! Love the potholders. Remember my potholder "holder"? It does appear to be crayon at least on the poppy flower. The leaves are applique. Very pale green in a very thin fabric. Thanks for coming by, Ruby
OOOO! I'm lovin' those paisleys!
I love the vintage fabric! it is so lovely!

I really love the fabrics from the 60's. But better yet, I love seeing someone use it to make wonderful things. The pot holders are super!

Btw, thanks for visiting my blog, Miri :)
Your potholders are so cute! The fabric is groovy. :)
