A Laundry Bag and some quilting goals

I don't make New Year's resolutions but I have thought about what I want to get done this year. I have several things that I want to finish, which means quilting...the silk ribbon star quilt, the applique poppy quilt, the plaid quilt and the embroidered bonnet girl top the list.

DS has been asking for a laundry bag for a while now...well that at least is off my mental to-do list.  LOL! Note the buttons at the end of the cord-that's because I know my son (he  used to pull his bathing suit cords right out!)

It looks pretty nice in the hamper...hope it stays put when he tosses clothes in.  I tried it and when I pulled the cord tight around the hamper it seemed to work. We'll see him tomorrow and bring the hamper and the bag to him...hope it will help organize him and his laundry.

Have you thought about what projects you want to get done this year?

Nice laundry bag. Ahhh, if only it were that easy to "help" our kids get organized...

Useful and clever. I think kids believe laundry belongs on the floor.

Very nice laundry bag to use with the hamper. Looks like a convenient system.

Can't wait to see how your quilts finish. You always do such beautiful work!

Love the idea of the buttons on the end of the ties. This year I want to finish the bird quilt for my friend's mom. I only need to piece the top, she will get it quilted else where. It's rather been weighing on me that it isn't finished.

Nice looking laundry bag! The buttons are a good idea, too. And I have lots I want to get accomplished this year. At least we have plenty to keep us busy, don't we?

No resolutions for me either Miri, they make me feel like such a failure if I can't keep them all perfectly!
But goal/plans, yes! This year, to quilt up all my tops!

Happy New Year Miri! I don't make resolutions but I do make lists and I've added to it with some new projects already. But first to visit all my favorite bloggers:-)
